Question 1

Does the interactive demo use real data or send emails?

Accepted Answer

No. The demo runs in your browser on fictional Northstar Industries records. Assignments, certificates and reminders are simulations: nothing is emailed, issued or saved.

Question 2

Which HR systems can Sublime read the org structure from?

Accepted Answer

Zoho People is the first connector. It syncs employees, departments, job titles, reporting managers, locations, joining dates and employment status. Workday, BambooHR, HiBob and SAP SuccessFactors are on the connector roadmap.

Question 3

What happens when someone changes role or department?

Accepted Answer

Rules are re-evaluated on every HRIS sync. New requirements are assigned with due dates; requirements that no longer apply move to Not Applicable, and the history of what was completed stays intact.

Question 4

What happens when a certificate expires?

Accepted Answer

The status becomes Expired, the manager and admin see it immediately, and a renewal is assigned. Once it is completed a new certificate is issued and the previous one stays in the history.

Question 5

Can a requirement be a policy rather than a course?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Policy acknowledgement is a requirement type with its own versions, reminders and status. Training requirements can also include an assessment that must be passed before the status becomes Compliant.

Question 6

Can we exempt someone or override a status?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Exemptions and administrative overrides require a reason and are attributed to the person who made them. They become part of the audit history.

Question 7

How is evidence produced for an audit?

Accepted Answer

Filter by requirement, department, course, status or period and export the report: assignments, completions, assessment scores, certificates, expiry dates and renewal history.
