Yes. Data export is on the roadmap and marked "Coming soon" — Sublime Live will include a monthly full export plus reasonable manual exports, and Enterprise adds custom reporting. Your content and learner records are always yours.
Yes. Monthly billing has no commitment — cancel before the next cycle from your billing settings. Annual billing saves 20% and is paid yearly. Either way there's no long-term contract on self-serve plans.
