The details that matter.
Can certificates be issued automatically?
Yes. You set the issuance rules per course: completion, mandatory lessons, a pass mark, an assignment and the validity period. When a learner meets every rule the certificate is issued with a unique ID. In this demo an admin issues it so you can see each step.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Templates take your organisation name, background theme, logo and signatory, and each course can use a different template. Issued certificates keep the design they were issued with.
How does verification work?
Every certificate has a unique ID. Anyone with the ID can check the recipient, course, issuer, issue and expiry dates and the current status. Expired and revoked certificates never show as valid.
What happens when a certificate expires?
Its status changes to Expired across the registry, the wallet, reports and verification. You can issue a renewal, and the expired certificate stays in the history.
Can a certificate be issued twice for the same completion?
No. A completion produces one certificate. A replacement or renewal is an explicit action, and the previous certificate is marked as replaced, not deleted.
Does the interactive demo create real certificates?
No. The demo runs entirely in your browser on fictional Northstar Industries records. Certificates are samples with synthetic data, verification checks only demo records, and nothing is saved, emailed or revoked for real.
