Simplified Learner Onboarding
Fetch employees from Zoho People and create learner accounts from their HR records instead of typing them in or uploading spreadsheets.

Connect a demo Zoho People account, select employees, map their fields and import them as learners. No sign-in, credentials or real data. Everything here is simulated in your browser.
Want to see it with your own Zoho People account?
Request a Live DemoOne organisation, the same Zoho People records, the same week of new joiners. Watch an administrator onboard them in a traditional LMS, then in Sublime LMS.

Sublime LMS would like to read employee records in Zoho People for Northstar Industries. It cannot change or delete anything, and never sees your Zoho password.

The HR record already exists in Zoho People, but the LMS knows nothing about it. The administrator copies each name and email into an Add User form, one person at a time.
For a batch, someone exports employees from Zoho People, rebuilds the columns to fit the LMS CSV template and uploads the file. Department, manager and joining date are left behind.
The import runs first and reports problems later: a missing email, an email already in use, a resigned employee. Fix the spreadsheet and upload it again.
The user list now holds two accounts for one person and an employee who has already left. Nothing links a learner back to their Zoho People record.
In Administration › Integrations, an administrator authorizes read access through Zoho's own consent screen. No passwords, no exports, and one place to test or disconnect.
Employees come straight from Zoho People. Search, filter and tick exactly who to import, while learner status shows who is new, who already exists and who needs attention.
Employee ID, name, work email, department, designation, manager and joining date map to learner fields. Missing emails, duplicates and leavers are caught before anything is created.
Confirm the import and the new learners appear in People › Learners with Zoho People as their source, with created, updated and skipped counts and nothing typed by hand.
Spreadsheet exports and retyped records, replaced by a governed Zoho People connection.
Fetch employees from Zoho People and create learner accounts from their HR records instead of typing them in or uploading spreadsheets.
Search, filter and select exactly the employees to import. Nothing is imported until an administrator confirms the selection.
Names, work emails, departments, job titles, managers, joining dates and locations are mapped to learner fields the same way every time.
Employees already linked to a learner, existing accounts with the same verified email and duplicate emails in a selection are flagged before import.
The Zoho People connection is managed in Administration › Integrations, separate from the learner imports that use it.
Imported learners appear in People › Learners, ready for the courses, assignments and certifications you already run in Sublime LMS.
In Administration › Integrations, an administrator authorizes Sublime LMS to read employee records from Zoho People.
Choose Import Learners, then Import from Integration, and pick Zoho People from your connected HR systems.
Fetch employees, search and filter, select who to import, map employee fields to learner fields and review the validation.
Confirm the import and view the imported learners in People › Learners, with created, updated and skipped counts.
These are the default mappings. Administrators can change them for each import, and supported custom fields from your Zoho People employee form can be mapped too. Which fields are available depends on your Zoho People schema.

Zoho People is connected through Zoho's own authorization screen. Sublime LMS never asks for a Zoho password.
Connect, test, reconnect and disconnect Zoho People in one place: Administration › Integrations.
Only users with learner import permission can fetch employees and start an import.
Only the employees selected for an import are processed. Only active employees are eligible.
Missing names or work emails, invalid emails or dates and conflicts are shown before anything is created.
Existing learners are matched by employee ID and verified email, and the administrator chooses to update or skip them.
Connection tokens are stored encrypted on the server and are never shown in the browser.
Each organization's connection, employees and imports are kept separate from every other organization.
An administrator opens Administration › Integrations, chooses Zoho People and selects Connect. Zoho asks you to approve read access to employee records. Once the connection shows Connected, it can be used for learner imports.
No. You fetch employees from Zoho People, search and filter them, and select the ones to import. Only selected, active employees are imported.
Sublime LMS matches employees to existing learners by employee ID and verified work email. In the review step you choose to update the learner's profile or skip the employee. A learner's sign-in email is never changed by an import.
Employee ID, name, work email, department, designation, reporting manager, joining date, employment status, location and business unit, plus supported custom fields from your Zoho People employee form. Employee ID, name and work email are required.
Yes. Run a new import from People › Learners › Imports whenever you need to. Each import is started by an administrator. Employees already imported are linked to their learners, so they are not created twice.
No. An import creates or updates learners. Enrol them in courses, assignments and certifications with the workflows you already use in Sublime LMS.
Connecting and disconnecting integrations needs integration permission. Fetching employees and running imports needs learner import permission. Both are granted through your Sublime LMS roles.
Sublime LMS revokes its Zoho access and deletes the stored tokens. No new imports can be started from Zoho People until it is connected again. Learners who were already imported stay in Sublime LMS with their training records.
